Cancellation policy

At Alessandra Artistry, we know things come up and you may have to cancel your appointment.

Customer service is of the upmost  importance to us, and in order to best serve our guests, we enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments may be charged 50% of all services booked.

In the event of three missed appointments or short-notice cancellations, we cannot secure your appointment in the future.

Refunds/Exchanges

Refunds & Exchanges on products may be given up to 30 days after purchase. Product must be at least halfway full in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
